WOMMO Return and Refund Policy

Greetings,

We operate under a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery to ensure a straightforward process for you.

For a successful return, ensure your item remains in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and securely packaged. Don't forget to include your WOMMO order number as proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Login to your customer account here.
  2. Submit a return request for the item you'd like to return. (Once approved, we will provide return instructions.)
  3. Ship the item back in unworn and unwashed condition using the provided return label. (Once we receive it, our team will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.)

📌 Please Note:

  • Returns Fee applies to international returns. Find out about return fees for your country here.
  • One free return per order is available for domestic (New Zealand) orders only. Any additional returns for the same order will have return fee deducted from the refund.
  • Sale items can only be returned for a store credit. No refunds applicable.
  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, submit a return request as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and work swiftly to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchasing sale or discounted items.


Size Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund minus the returns shipping fee.


Customs & Duties

Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. If required, you are responsible for paying these fees to your local customs authorities.

For orders going to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Mexico, Palestine, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

If you refuse to pay customs fees, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned to WOMMO before issuing a refund. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, minus applicable returns fee.
