How should I wash and care for my WOMMO?
We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and hang dry. This will keep the stretchy fibers and shape of the garment intact, while reducing your energy use. Good for your gear (and the earth).
What payment methods does WOMMO accept?
We accept Paypal, AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Union Pay. We are currently working on introducing Afterpay.
Can I remove or add an item to an order I just placed?
We don't store payment information, so we won't be able to add or remove any items from your order. Jog over to wommo.co to purchase that additional item separately or head to our returns portal to process a return. So sorry to share the bummer news!
Manufacturing & Sustainability
How do you ensure WOMMO products are ethically produced?
Before we craft a single pair of leggings, our partners agree to abide by our vendor code of conduct. On par with industry leaders in sustainability and social compliance, we support places where employees are safe, paid fairly, given benefits, and work regulated hours.
Our team visits each factory and mill in-person a few times a year. Start to finish, we aim for WOMMO to have a positive impact on the people and resources that bring our gear to life.
What is WOMMO doing to help the planet?
Our products come in reusable fabric tote bags, we use minimum amount of paper in our offices and we opted out of using product tags to reduce waste (Let's face it no one keeps them anyway). When it comes to product, we aim to plan our assortmentjust-right so we don't create excess products or waste. Plus, our gear is designed to last. A longer lifespan keeps WOMMO in your hiking bag and out of landfills.
Are your materials/fabrics sustainably sourced?
We work with specialists around the globe to develop high quality, made-to-sweat-in textiles. While activewear has a track record for being tough to produce and recycle, we are passionate about finding ways to manufacture our materials and styles more sustainably.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship out?
We typically ask for 1 to 4 business days for our team to pack and ship your full order. During promotional or holiday periods, your order will ship within 7 business days. These fulfillment times apply to all orders.
Where does WOMMO ship?
We ship to more than one hundred countries around the world. We express ship to over 30 countries for free and the rest via simple flat shipping fee.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For orders within New Zealand, expect delivery within 1-3 working days. For international orders, please allow 3-10 working days for delivery.
Do you do exchanges?
We don't do direct exchanges, but no worries—we've got a super easy process.
While we do not facilitate direct exchanges, our return process is straightforward. Upon returning your item, we will promptly refund the full amount.
For a seamless size replacement, we recommend placing a new order.
Once we receive the unworn return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. And yes, return shipping is on us.
Here is the simple 3 Step process:
1- Login to your customer account here.
2- Submit a return request for the item you'd like to return. (We'll review the request and if approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label.)
3- Ship the items back to us (using the provided return label) in unworn condition and original packaging. (Once we receive them, our team will check them over and issue a refund back to your original payment method)
For a speedy turnaround, we recommend grabbing the right size by placing a new order to avoid it being sold out.
