New Zealand Domestic Returns
Return Fee: $9.90 NZD (deducted from your refund)
First return per order is free—any additional returns for the same order will incur the above fee.
International Returns
All international returns are subject to a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect your return.

- Return fees are non-refundable and deducted from your refund amount.
- If your country is not listed above, you will be charged the Rest of the World return fee.
- Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Log in to your WOMMO account and submit a return request.
2️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible regions).
3️⃣ Ship your item back in its original condition.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, minus the return fee.
