We offer efficient express shipping to more than 100 countries around the world in Asia, Europe, Australasia, Africa & Middle East and North & South America.
Shipping & Returns
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer Free Express Shipping to over 30 countries and regions including, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the USA and most countries in Asia.
For our valued customers in the Middle East and Africa, we offer a simple flat rate of only $59 for tracked express shipping.
If you're in Europe, we provide tracked express shipping at a flat rate of only $24.90.
By clicking on your Shopping Cart you can check via 'Estimate Shipping' if you are eligible for free express shipping or the extra flat rate simply by entering your country details.

At WOMMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a faulty item, an incorrect product, or the wrong size, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
Simply login to your account using your email address (that you used at the time of shopping with us) and submit a return request with a detailed description.
What is Customs Duty?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called 'Customs Duty' that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your countries specific regulations.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
What if I don't pay customs and duty?
If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to WOMMO before processing a refund for your order and a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.
